When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. You will receive an email with tracking information once the items have left the building!
Postage and delivery
We use a combination of Australia Parcel Post and Sendle to deliver our packages to any Australian address for a flat rate of $8.50.
All New Zealand orders have a flat rate of $14AUD. For all other international orders please send an email for pricing.

Do you have Afterpay? Absolutely we do, just select Afterpay at check out. You can also pay via PayPal and Bank Deposit.
Exchange and Returns
Let’s keep it simple, if there is a fault with your items we will happily offer a refund or exchange.
If the products don’t put a smile on your little ones face, or just not the right size, we will happily exchange them. Please note that the return postage is at your own expense and items must be in their original packaging (unworn and unwashed) with tags.
If you do not wish to provide personal information to us, then you do not have to do so, however it may affect your use of this Site or any products and services offered on it.

We rely in part upon customers advising us when their personal information changes. We will respond to any request within a reasonable time. We will endeavor to promptly correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
